Projects

So I've been working on a few projects and have "tinkered" the thought along the way of selling some pieces. This is the first piece I am offering, Labor Day. A red, white, and blue paisley peasant dress, size 5. The ribbon is detachable for washing or for those that are more of a no-bow girl! I do have more fabric available if there are multiple request or you need a sibling dress, $20.

Here is another project I finished, Bearcat Pride! Sleeveless (we layered a t-shirt for school comfort) pillowcase style tunic top. These can be pre-produced, $35.

Note: Little "bother" not included :)

 

Here is the latest project in works, I love this houndstooth and purchased it to make a cape for myself, but couldn't resist making my Sweet Girl a cape. Summer time calls for a new dress!

I immediately fell in love with this Simplicity Maxi Halter dress pattern and knew I would be making a place for it in Sweet Girl's closet. Sweet Girl decided on the block top instead of the V-neck and a low ruffle content, which was a good choice considering I'm just beginning to follow patterns (resisting my urge to go free-style on this thing). I found some adorable fabric made of mini peace signs and I was off...

The dress is completed but still needs something...MONOGRAMMING! Thanks to my new Brother PE400, we'll have a completed look just in time for summer break. Pictures to come as soon as I run to Joanne's for some Hot Pink Thread!
